Practice

We will divide the room and each person gets a chance to act like the facilitator in each of the two key roles: generation and facilitations.

Generation station¶

• trainees will act as workshop facilitator

• trainers will act as participant/ helper

As the facilitator for generation, you will draw from the bin where the person prompts and add that to the board. Then from that bin for the next one until you draw a white.

Training station¶

• we have some prepared documents

• trainees will act as workshop facilitator

• helpers will act as participants

• trainers will act as mentor/helper

At the training station the facilitator will put balls in the bins based on the document.
