We will divide the room and each person, or trainee, gets a chance to act like the facilitator in each of the two key roles: generation and training. All attendees take a turn in each station. If there are two trainers one will run each station, with only one trainers a helper may run one station.
Generation station¶
trainees will act as workshop facilitator
trainers will act as participant/ helper
During generation the facilitator role is to draw from the bin where basedd on an audience prompt and add that to the board (or have a helper). Then from that bin for the next one until you draw a white.
Training station¶
we have some prepared documents

At the training station the facilitator will put balls in the bins based on the document.
